DBA Estates is a specialist planning and development consultancy and land agency

Founded by Andy Timbrell in 2009, DBA Estates is an independent, privately funded business specialising in residential housing opportunities. Achieving our clients vision is paramount, delivering aspirational and profitable development schemes and maximising land values is our ethos.

The team at DBA Estates has over 30 years of experience in development site identification and acquisition, promotion of land through the increasingly complex planning and development system, trading land with local, national and international development organisations, developing immediate and strategic residential land and property development.

Utilising an up to date, intimate working knowledge of the system, we provide pro-active, intuitive and effective management of projects and our planning and commercial expertise allows us to work with local planning authorities and decision makers to help land owners, investors and developers maximise the value of their land interests.

The team at DBA Estates have been involved in either the acquisition, sale or successful promotion of over 100 residential led and mixed use development sites of all sizes throughout England and Wales and have infrastructure experience working on national scale projects in the U.K.

Comfortable dealing with a diverse array of clients; ranging from individual land owners to main board directors of PLC housebuilders and waste management companies, we have an impressive track record in land acquisition, planning, development engineering, house building, land and new homes sales.
